Is early or late check-in possible? Generally not, due to work commitments. But sometimes, if requested much earlier, we can arrange it and let you know a few days in advance.
Does early or late check-in cost? To be agreed upon before booking. If it’s possible, a €30.00 surcharge may be applied until 11:00 PM. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not guaranteed and may incour a €60.00 surcharge.
To speed up check-in, you can send us photos of your identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) via whatsapp or Telegram.
CHECK-IN : check-in will be done directly by us, because we want to welcome you personally and make you feel at home.
It is necessary to agree on a timetable and respect it. We ask you to inform us when you are about to arrive 15-20 minutes before, so as not to make you wait, we will wait for you at the entrance of the building.

Transfer time depends on traffic and times of day. Approximately 30 minutes from and to Fiumicino 40/50 minutes from and to Ciampino.
APARTMENT & SERVICES
The apartment is a private accommodation for tourist rental and therefore does not have hotel services.
- As indicated in the Airbnb description, it is located on a small street about a 10-minute walk from the Gemelli train station.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
- The area is quiet, semi-central, and not touristy, with plenty of bars and restaurants.
- The neighborhood is ideal for those looking for a place to live like the locals.
- If you like, you can spend some time with us for a chat or a drink.
- For any need, write to us, we will see how to help you.
- Air conditioning is not included and is subject to charges.
- The apartment does not have a parking space. Parking is free along the street and in the surrounding streets, subject to availability. At certain times of the day, and especially at night, it can be difficult to find a spot. Paid parking is available near Gemelli Hospital.
- Bed linen and towels are not changed, even for long periods. Any changes are subject to payment.
- The apartment is not cleaned and tidied up during your stay. Extra cleaning requests are subject to charges.
- Essential amenities to start your stay, such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower, hand or dish soap, are provided and will not be replenished.
- Air conditioning is not included and is subject to charges. Air conditioning is activated only in the months of July and August (June and September in exceptional seasons) only if actually necessary, this to avoid unnecessary waste and pollution. The cost of air conditioning is €10.00 per day activated at check-in and must be paid for the entire duration of the stay. For requests made after check-in a service charge of €25.00 is required.

TICKETS AND TOURS
Hidden Corners Tour of Rome’s Colosseum and Capitoline Hill Area 3/4 ore € 90,00
This tour, available Tuesday through Friday, lasts 3-4 hours. This urban trek will take you from the Colosseum and Imperial Forums to the Capitoline Hill and Circus Maximus. In this area, we’ll admire hidden corners and learn secrets and curiosities.
What we’ll see: We’ll see the exterior of the Colosseum, walk along the Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, and the Altar of the Fatherland, exploring the area with curiosity. We’ll see unique ruins, such as an ancient Roman house and part of the ancient sewer. We’ll uncover some legends and unusual sites (churches, altars, gates) among the city’s oldest, yet overlooked by most tourists. We will conclude the visit at the Circus Maximus.
